- The problem in this research is The Effect of Communication on Employee Performance Support Operations Section of Bank BRI Tbk. Malang branch. The hypothesis in this study stated there is the influence of communication variables on the performance of employees. The object of this research is the communication variables (X1) and Performance (Y). Where the number of employees who become population is some 60 people. Based on a small population, the census sampling method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, interviews to members of the organization, while also seeing the documents required. Data collected was tested validity and reliability. To determine the accuracy of the model was tested by looking at correlation and hypothesis testing is partially done by t test From the analysis of data with simple linear regression to regression line well with test results of hypothesis 1, isequation X1 = 2349 + 0365 + known t count X1 known for 2752, and the value ttable known by 1695, thus tcount X1 is greater than the value ttable, so that the research hypothesis which states received the communication variables (X1) gave significant effect on performance (Y).
