- The purpose of this study was to characterize the organizational culture of innovation, risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, indvidu orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability at PT. Telkom Malang, to know the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang, to know the cultural characteristics of organizations that have significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang, and to know the cultural characteristics of organizations that have the strongest influence on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang. This research uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression with F test and t test. F test results showed that the characteristics of organizational culture that includes innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, and aggressiveness and stability simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang. While the magnitude of each variable can be seen from their respective regression coefficients, namely innovation variable 0.259, taking risk 0.243, attention to detail 0.259, the orientation results 0.334, individual orientation 0.164, team orientation 0.226, the aggressiveness 0.133, and the stability 0.149. Based on these results it can be concluded that the orientation of the most powerful influence on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang. Based on the results of the research conclusions, it is advisable for companies to re-emphasis leads to stability and growth of the organization by making a change or transformation in scheduled, so can be a space to the whole range to be able to adjust to the situation of the changes made today. These conditions can be maintained until the company felt ready again to make changes to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
