- The research was done at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch titled: "Procedure of Debt of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch". The research purpose is to find out how the procedure of debt submission done by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch using 5C analysis technique, they were Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of economic and 2R which are Repayment and Return and also to find out the debt submission procedure fitness between PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch with Bank of Indonesia, there used cross section analysis. The analysis concluded that PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch has applied 5C and 2R in debt procedure to customer and debt submission procedure of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch has fitted Bank of Indonesia standard. The writer suggest PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk Tuban Branch that this research could be used as consideration material in fixing debt submission procedure to be more selective and avoiding stuck debt, and also used the latest analytical tool, they were 6C, 7P, and 3R, since by using the latest analytical tool, there could be concluded that this tool is more accurate and detail, also able to monitor the business development by debtor after debt. For customer, the research could be used as information while applying debt. For the next researcher, the research expected to give input and additional information also reference, especially related with banking debt procedure for customer candidate.
