- Research used was survey, where the researcher did observation in data collection done to East Java Bank Malang Branch, located on Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto No. 26-28 Malang titled: Influence of Organization Climate to Employee Performance at East Java Bank Malang Branch. The research purpose are to find out organization climate and employee performance, also to find out whether organization climate has significant influence to employee performance, and which variable has the most dominant influence to employee performance at East Java Bank Malang Branch. The research advantages are for the company, could be consideration or recommendation to be reference for East Java Bank Malang Branch, in order to create positive organization climate to raise the performance quality of the employee. Analytical tool used in this research were scale and multiple linear regression. According to scale rate calculation, there found that organization climate of East Java Bank Malang Branch could be considered well, and employee performance was high. There could be explained from hypothesis test, that in simultaneous, leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, goal statement, and control had significant influence to employee perfromance. Goal statement variable had the most dominant influence to employee performance of East Java Bank Malang Branch.
