- The research objective is to find out the influence of return on asset, net profit margin, price earning ratio and price to book value on stock price, that can be used by investor in making decision investment. By purposive sampling method, the research obtained 14 companies as samples. Test was done by using tool called SPSS version 17. The research shows that return on asset has influences on Stock price, meanwhile net profit margin, price earning ratio and price to book value do not influence on stock price. It is because the significant level of return on asset is less than 0,05, meanwhile net profit margin, price earning ratio and price to book value are more than 0,05.
