  • Balanced scorecard considering four perspective, that is finance, customer, internal business, with study and growth(kaplan and norto, 1996: 7). perspective finance give does strategy company, implementation and the execution gives contribution or not to profit improvement companies. perspective customer includes various size likes customer finance, customer retention, acquisitions new customer, profitability and market segment. perspective internal business unfolds performance size difference fundamental between approach traditional with approach balanced scorecard. Perspective study and growth include infrastructure that must be built to company in create growth and long-range performance enhanced (Kaplan and Norton, 2000: 23). Aim that want achieved in this watchfulness detects to how region general hospital management performance dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, measured by using fourth perspective balanced scorecard. analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using analysis balanced scorecard. Internal business perspective analysis result shows that comparison between normal capacity and capacity actually from home ill in the year 2007 that is achieve 99,635%. room total capacity that has hospital to year 2008 that is achieve 97,804% while year 2009 that is achieve 98,593%. Result innovation show that hospital side very depend on existing facilities physical condition, so that in every year it happen activity that done hasn't run as according to plan that appointed. Study perspective result and growth show that employees feel satisfaction existence related to clarity existence on task that must be finished by employee, system existence and clear procedure in works and leadership. Existence always posed pursuant to and procedure that appointed by hospital. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed hospital management side always maximize on potential that has as efforts to give service to society. in the effort maximize on potential that has employees in work at home management side supposed ill gives work proportion appropriate with rule that appointed so that employee satisfaction guarantee in work can materialized. Supposed hospital management side in do tool repair and infrastructure that has by hospital always considering on function and part from facilities, so that efficiency at the expense of can be done.
