- The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the performance of cooperative using the balanced scorecard method, which viewed from financial and non financial aspect. The analytical tool used to analyze and describe the performance of Cooperative Village Unit Sumber Makmur Ngantang is balanced scorecard method consist of four perspectives: financial perspective, costumer perspective, internal business process perspective learning and growth perspective. The result computed by balanced scorecard on learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective and costumer perspective show the improvement. For the financial perspective show is still bad because it is still bellow the standard set by the Ministry of Cooperative.
