- Expert system as a system that adopts human expertise into the computer has a strategic position as a system that can help solve problems in the field of medicine.The objective of this system is to assist the patient in an effort to find out what diseases that attack the mouth and teeth. So with this system the patient can perform the necessary prevention and treatment. In this study, developed Bayesian methods to diagnose 12 types of oral and dental diseases based on 30 kinds of symptoms that go with it.Testing the Bayesian method is done by selecting symptoms experienced to produce the desired output. The result of this application program indicates that the application is running well.
