- The increasing use of information technology in various fields, thereby becoming the reference writer to address concerns about queues at the PMB herregistrasi (admission) at the University of Malang. Queuing system using text to speech which are implemented at the University of Malang herregistrasi this form of client applications - servers, databases and applications using java programming, where the application can change the text to voice. The information obtained by the client in the form of votes, the results of these votes are processed by the library MBROLA. Applications to queuing system made 3 application is an application client, server, and officers. The way the system works on the client application, server, and the officer is a client application data input name, nis, home schools and then the data is on the application server for processing the queue on the client. In server applications operate on new data update new that has been fed through a client application, new data are processed to produce a sound that is with text to speech system. The application server also can cause a data storage, data print, and graphic display frequency. To produce sound application can call the officers one by one on the client, the call client via the data residing on application servers.
