- This watchfulness is watchfulness that take title "Influence Service Quality Towards Consumer Satisfaction At Warnet Galaxy". This watchfulness aim detects influential service quality variables influence towards consumer satisfaction and to detect service quality influence towards consumer satisfaction in use internet service at warnet galaxy. Based on problem formulation and theory basement that proposed author has taken hypothesis on this watchfulness troubleshoot that is: (1). guessed service quality variable gives real influence towards consumer satisfaction in uses internet service at warnet galaxy. (2). guessed physical proof variable haves consumer satisfaction at warnet galaxy. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness regression analysis logistic, where before data cultivated with regression logistic analyzed formerly with validity test and test reabilitas. Based on hypothesis test that done got conclusion that any influential service quality variable towards consumer satisfaction warnet galaxy entire variables that is physical proof, reliability, power tanggap, guarantee, empathy so that my hypothesis I is accepted. while hypothesis II variable influentialest reliability variable so that hypothesis ii that submitted accepted.
