  • The research purpose is to analyze the employee performance of BMT - MMU cooperation business unit of Pasuruan employee. The research used motivation and work-satisfaction variables to analyze the influence of BMT - MMU cooperation business unit employee performance. Population in this research were all employee of BMT - MMU cooperation business unit who have contract length more than a year. Samples used in this research were 67 employees some of them in the central office and branches which spread in Pasuruan regency region. This research used random sampling method, which is a simple random sampling taking and by giving questionnaire to all samples consisted of 67 people who were employee in the company. Data collected using questionnaire method, which is by giving question list or questionnaire in direct way to the respondents. Data analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression operated through SPSS 17 (Statistical Product for Service Solutions). The research showed that motivation variable showed insignificant result to the employee performance, while work satisfaction has positive significant result to performance. In other side, there was relation between motivation and work-satisfaction to the performance which has significant influence to employee performance. keywords: motivation, work satisfaction, performance, BMT-MMU cooperation business unit employee
