  • Research carried out is classified in this type of survey research, where researchers conducted distributing questionnaires in data collection on companies Brem "Suling Istimewa" precisely at Jalan Panjaitan, Kaliabu village, District Mejayan, Caruban District, East Java with the research title is "Influence Climate Organization of the Company Employee Commitment Brem ?Suling Istimewa? in the District Caruban ". The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on a Scale analysis showed that the climate organsiasi of responsibility obtained yield was 90.5, the identity of 90.5, 88.3 for warmth, support and conflict by 88 of 89 on the company Brem "Suling Istimewa" in the District Caruban entry in either category. Results average span of the variable scale of existing commitments on the company's employees Brem " Suling Istimewa " in the District Caruban amounted to 93.67 obtained that fall into the high category. Based on F test results can be seen that organizational climate significantly influence employee commitment Brem "Flute Party" in the District Caruban. The results can be determined by the value Fcount> Ftable (27.113> 2.621) with R2 value of 0.850. Based on the comparison of regression coefficients of climate variables can be known organizations that support variables have the most impact on employee commitment Brem "Suling Istimewa" in the District Caruban. The result is proved with responsibility coefficient obtained yield was 0.324, the identity of 0.331, 0.309 for warmth, support for the conflict amounted to 0.410 and 0.249.
