- This study entitled "Factors Affecting Cash Dividend In Manufacturing Companies Listed On The Stock Exchange". This type of research is case study type of research. This case study is the conclusion and implications of research results are only used for the object under study is a manufacturing company listed. Based on the results of this research is that ROI, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Earning Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Total Asset (DTA) have a significant impact on cash dividends on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, in 2008 -2009. Results of regression coefficient of each variable can be known, for Return On Investment (ROI) sebesar18567.7, Cash Ratio at 1163.4, 1283.1 for Current Ratio, Earning Per Share (EPS) amounted to 0.327, and Debt to Total Asset (DTA) of 17 821 . Based on the regression coefficient of each variable shows that ROI has the greatest influence on dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2008-2009. Suggestion of issuers (companies) should consider the level of corporate liquidity, given the high liquidity which will generate funds that are unemployed that will minimize income and will ultimately affect the earnings and dividends. As for investors as a market participant if it will make an investment in BEI should in addition consider the fundamental aspects of corporate finance, as well as attention to the external aspect, it also plays a role in triggering dividend.
