- This research is a case study in PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kota Madiun with " Bank Rating Analysis ". The purpose of this study was to determine the health level PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kota Madiun. A hypothesis proposed in this study is the performance of PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kota Madiun is healthy. The analysis used in this study is the CAMEL method: firstly, the factor of capital (capital) using Adequency Capital Ratio (capital adequacy ratio). Second, the quality factor of productive assets (Assets) using KAP1 and KAP2 (PPAP). Third, management factors (management) include: general management and risk management. Fourth, factor earnings (earnings) using ROA and BOPO. Fifth, the factor of liquidity (liquidity) using CR and LDR. The results of data analysis shows the performance of PD. BPR Bank city of Madiun Region as a whole to say healthy. This can be seen from the total assessment ratio used in the CAMEL method with cross section analysis which scores standardized BI requirements that say a healthy bank. Overall analysis of time series with no improvement in performance. This is indicated from the value of each ratio for three years 2007, 2008 and 2009 the majority was increased, because the assessment with the analysis of time series which compares the value from one period to another period indicated experiencing fluctuating value.
