Method: This Research use correlation case control research method studying relation of between variable with measurement conducted at variable dependen first independent then traced by retrospektif at group which its characteristic of equal intake sampel by simpel random sampling that is 30 mother post partum bearing at January period - May 2005, relation between antenatal execution regularity of care with mortality perinatal will be measured by using kuisoner, this research location[is region work puskesmas Lenteng Sumenep. Result of: Result indicate that antenatal execution of routine care as much 16.6% with mortality = 0 and which is routine enough as much 46.7% mortality = 5 illegitimate as much 36.7% mortality 8. After tested with correlation coefficient of theta obtained by result theta = 0.416 giving relation meaning enough mean or mean.
