Background : By increasing of percentage painful number caused by ISPA, so that anxiety parents also increasing. This condition probably had an correlation with parents unknowledgement through some disease. Because on nursing concept that sick children involve with family nursery concept, so that some illness condition to family will effect to another family persons. To cover that condition, public information and support are important to parent that their families had ISPA. Research method using correlational quantitative in order to examine did any correlation between Knowledge Level with Parents Anxiety Level over ISPA on Children Ages 1-3 Years. Technique of data collecting using quesioner took sample consist of parents who had children ages 1-3 years with ISPA at BRSD Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang on 7-13 July 2004 about 25 respondent. Data are gathered and being analyzed with chi-square method for independent test. Result of research indicated that any correlation between Knowledge Level with Parents Anxiety Level over ISPA on Children Ages 1-3 Years at BRSD Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Through this research, expected that health service could give the better information about disease to the patient family, so family anxiety level decrease.
