- Background : Movement of KB National represent one of the activity of fundamental in realizing secure and prosperous family. When conversing about KB do not get out of intrauterine device. One of them contraception inject. Contraception inject to have some side effects, one of among others the make-up of blood pressure. Target : identifying contraception acceptor inject and identify the make-up of blood of contraception aseptor inject. Method Research : this Type Research is comparability study of case control with and population of sampel 42 responder, intake of sampel by purposif, from other side with mothers criterion becoming acceptor of KB inject to minimize 1 year, mothers residing in research area and ready to become responder. Mother blood pressure measured by using tensimeter, hereinafter compared to blood pressure at the time of first time wear KB inject. Result : Result of research analysed by using frequency distribution and correlation of Chi Square. Result of from frequency distribution, got that natural is make-up of blood pressure for the contraception of cyclofem 0,80 and natural is make-up of blood pressure for contraception inject progestin depo 0,41%. While from correlation of Chi Square got by X2 count > X2 (0,05)(1), hence H0 refused and H1 accepted. Which H0 there is no difference of influence, H1 there is difference of influence. Conclusion : There is difference of influence of usage of contraception inject to make-up of blood pressure, that is contraception type inject cyclofem more having an effect on to make-up of blood pressure, than contraception inject progrestin depo. Suggestion : Expected by mothers specially in region work Puskesmas Beru can know influence of usage of contraception inject to make-up of blood pressure, so that mothers can chosen contraception inject having low side effects to make-up of blood pressure and if mothers wearing contraception inject to experience of the make-up of blood pressure suggested so that change other contraception as according to its condition
