- ASI is considered to be source of especial nutrisi for baby during life first year. Therefore, the suckle have to be started immediately after delivering birth. Suckling is new experience for mother of post partum (primipara) so that can become stressor which in the end can generate crisis. Seeing this phenomenon and to anticipate happening of crisis, giving additional of knowledge is very important, especially about how to or the technique of suckling real correct. This research use method of Descriptive research in the form of plan of cross sectional and intake its sample use the non probibality type consecutive sampling that is mother of post partum (primipara) who delivering baby at the hospital and in that moment still be taken care of, as much 10 peoples were recruited as sample in this research. Degree of knowledge was measured by using kuesioner, while technique of suckling real correct was the observation by researcher himself. This Research location is in the room of birth in RSUD Dr R. Koesma Tuban. The Analysis of data which used is freedom test of Chi Square with level of signification 0.05. The result of its analysis decision that is X2 Count > X2 Table X2 Count = 16,2 X2 Table = 12,6 so H0 is refused and H1 is accepted The Conclusion of research which obtained is there are relationship between knowledge level of post partum mother (primipara) with technique of suckling real correct., this matter is proved by that there are no responder with knowledge less show technique of suckling real correct, and in the other way the responder with high knowledge there are nothing that show technique of suckling wrong. Writer give suggestion in order to the research which have been done can be developed at the research hereinafter that is about effects from the technique suckling which not true.
