- In aspect of nurse where the servicing nurse as form activity prominent from a certain servicing nurse to needing upgraded of abilty knowledge and skill, because of ABC Management skills of Nursing and The realization of emergency measure can be handling patient which life threatening, nurse can be guarantee for succes that realization to do until the real of condition patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between ABC Management skills of Nursing and The realization of emergency measure. The method applied in this study is correlation descriptive correlation. The sample is nurse who work in emergency room (UGD) TK.II Dr.Soepraoen Hospital of Malang, meanwhile the sampling technique is Non Random Sampling that is used Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique for ABC Management skills of Nursing applied observation sheets and The realization of emergency measure( observation of condition patient) is Trauma, Pitsburgh, and Glascow Coma Scale Score. Furthermore, the data processing applied correlation product moment. The result of the study indicated ABC Management skills of Nursing are 4,36 in category P4. Means succes for ABC measure of condition patient is 37 it means the good condition. The correlation between ABC Management skills of Nursing and The realization of emergency measure value correlation is 0,815 ; it is significan correlation. The limitation of this study is that observation the highest subjectivity and observation sheets for condition patients only one time, and data collection is to direct observations until need high concentration but also influence attitude and its hoping personal subjectivity is not qualitative enough.Therefore the suggestion for further study is to develop sub variabel of research ABC Management skills of Nursing and observation of condition patient not only conducted one time.
