- This study aims to find out the service of Mobile Banking system in increasing the ease of customer transactions at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Unit Kepanjen. The analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative is an analysis of the data that provides explanation of the data obtained in generating a conclusion. Source of data that used are primary data and secondary data. Technique of data collection that used in this study are documentation, literatures and questionnaire. The results of this study describes the service of Mobile Banking system in increasing the ease of customer transactions using dimensional indicator tools of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible. This study also describes the mechanism of Mobile banking at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Unit Kepanjen. The result of this study showed that the mechanism of Mobile Banking registration is easy to do and the service of Mobile Banking system to make the customer easier in doing transactions is good to be used. Mobile Banking Service makes customers easier in doing many kinds of transactions, like transfers between accounts or to pay bills.
