  • The purpose of research is to know customers' product development creations from 2012 to 2013,The purpose of research is to investigate customers' product development creations from 2012 to 2013, to determine the marketing strategy as an effort to increase the number of customers in the creation of products of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang and find out what the barriers and how to overcome creative product marketing strategy in PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Malang. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative information that describes or depicts the data in the form of written and oral data were obtained. In this method of data collection is done through interviews and based on the results of the study documentation. The result of research describes total development of customerÂ’s creation product PT Pegadaian (Persero) malang in 2012 is 19 people and total cash loans is Rp. 228 million, while in in 2013 customers reached 37 and total loan money to Rp. 411 400 000 to to find what strategies of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang to increasing number of customers and how to overcome barriers and product marketing strategy creation in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang. From result above it can be concluded that people interest to use creation product from 2012 to 2013 it increased both of total customers although cash loan.
