Target of this research is to give picture about product SMS Banking, to know how registration procedure / service activation of SMS Banking, to know fiturs and transaction any kind of which often exploited by client consumer service of SMS Banking, to know how growth client amount of BRIsyariah exploiting service of SMS Banking, and to know problems faced and also done efforts is Bank BRISyariah Ministrant Office Kepanjen Branch to be client ready to exploit service of SMS Banking. This research type is descriptive qualitative while source of primary data that is in the form of obtained data of survey which through quesioner to Bank client of BRIsyariah Ministrant Office Kepanjen Branch, and data of secundery that is in the form of obtained data indirectly by noting and copying from literatures related to research. Result of research obtained data about registration procedure/ service activation of SMS Banking and fiturs transaction or which is often used by client consumer of service of SMS Banking, amount of client consumer of service of SMS Banking at PT. Bank BRI Syariah (PERSERO) Tbk. Ministrant Office Kepanjen Branch mount from year to year. But Bank BRIsyariah Ministrant Office Kepanjen Branch have dosome effort to be amount of consumer of service of SMS Banking increasing atyears.
