Analysis tools used by the author is by using descriptive and quantitative methods that describe and explain in clear and process data obtained from research findings in the form of figures and tables . From the research that has been conducted by the authors can be known that PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk. Pasuruan Branch was successful in doing credit effectively . But on the other hand for the development of lending is still not good that can be seen from the number of debtors who decreasing unstable. So from the above results the authors can provide suggestions that PT . East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk. Pasuruan branch must maintain an effective lending and increase promotions to attract potential borrowers credit Pundi Kencana
