- Principal business activities of banks is to collect funds from the public in the form of savings , deposits , current accounts and distribute the funds back to the community in the form of loans , this is manifested in the form of loans , one of which is a Multipurpose Credit ( KMG ) . Multipurpose credit is given to members of the public that have a regular income ( regular income) . Intended for Public Servants ( PNS / CPNS ) whose salary is paid through Bank of East Java or existing cooperation MOU with PT . BPD East Java . This research is a study on the PT . BPD East Java Capem Lawang entitled " Delivery Mechanisms and Multipurpose Credit Developments at PT . BPD East Java Capem Lawang " . The purpose of this final project is to determine the distribution mechanism and Multipurpose Credit Developments at PT . BPD East Java Capem Lawang . Data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive of the object under study problem , which aims to systematically describe , report on the state level Multipurpose Credit developments that occurred in the PT . Bank of East Java Capem Lawang from January 2010 to December 2013 . The study concluded that : 1 ) The filing procedure and multipurpose loans at PT . BPD East Java easier and faster realization of credit than others. 2 ) The development of multipurpose loans at PT . BPD East Java Development Credit Multipurpose ever- changing does not always increase , but this fluctuates due to factors internal and ektern bank . 3 ) Prospects multipurpose loans are better for the future .
