Asuransi Jasindo,the obstaclesthat are faced, and how to overcome the obstacles. The methods that used in this research are the primary and secondary data. Research carried out with field data collection by observation, interviews with respondents, besides the research library. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of insurance claims of motor vehicle on PT. Asuransi Jasindo is in compliance with regulations. A policy provided by company in the replacement of the claims submitted by the bearer, which legally is not a insurerliability. But, with some considerations through, then the claim is warranted.
