The purposes of this research are 1) to find out the procedure of Pension Credit Sejahtera 2) to know how big the development of Pension Credit Sejahtera at PT. BTPN Branch Office of Malang 3) to findout the constraints of Pension Credit Sejahtera and how to handle it. The data development of Pension Credit Sejahtera will be presented in the monthly period and coverage in 2012 Â– 2013. Analysis tools used are descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive because it will explain the development of Pension Credit Sejahtera in 2012 Â– 2013 every month, then it will be analyzed to get the conclusion. Data that collected from primary and secondary data are data which collected by interviewing the employees of PT. BTPN Branch Office of Malang and by collecting the sample documentation at the bank. The result of this research point out that the procedure of Pension Credit Sejahtera is very easy. Then , the development of Pension Credit Sejahtera are not always as the expected, because of many factors that causes the prosentation of Pension Credit Sejahtera is not stabil. In the process of creditÂ’s installment also found the constraints are 1) The customer move to other domicile without reporting to each paying bank 2) The customer pass away but the heirs did not report to the bank.
