- This research was conducted to find out about ENT products implementation mechanism consisting of claims ENT, ENT benefit calculation, reason why calculating was changed, as well as benefits of savings (ENT). The Type of data used is primary data and secondary data, namely data collection Techniques by obtaining information directly to the informant about the objects that need to be investigated, as well as the data collection process indirectly by processing data that has beenprocessed previously as information. The result of this study it can be concluded that the stattlement mechanism claim implemented throught prosedures that has been determined . calculation was changed three times due to various factors. ENT itself can be ued as an allowance that can be used by retired at age –retirement.
