- This research is a case study on PT. BNI Life Insurance under the title "Pending Settlement Request Letter Life Insurance (SPAJ) In the Life Insurance Application Process Filing at. BNI Life KPM Malang ". The purpose of this study is to find out about how life insurance filing procedures, and pending completion SPAJ in the process of filing insurance at. BNI Life KPM Malang. Engineer's analysis of the data used by researchers is the use of descriptive and quantitative descriptive method with secondary data sources. From the research that has been done, the authors concluded that the pending SPAJ could occur due to the negligence of the customer and the agent itself, in this pending both are also harmed. Pending this can be anticipated at the time of filling the form of PPS and a signature form when needed.
