- This study aims to determine the maintenance procedures and the calculation of the pension plans and to know the advantages and disadvantages of the flow and the calculation of the pension plan PT. Taspen Malang. The data collection techniques performed by means of documentation and interviews directly to the employee at PT. Taspen Malang is on finance and customer service. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative discussion is focused on the calculation procedures and retirement program as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure and the calculation of the pension plan, so that the obtained results are in accordance with the purpose of research.
