- Banking financial institution is an institution that has an important role in economic activity . A services that banks provide products with the issuance of Bank Guarantee assurance customer cash deposits , where bank parties will benefit in the form of the cost of the provision for Bank Guarantees issued . In writing this final project to do research in PT . East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk . branch Batu with the title ' Cash Deposit as Security Bank Guarantee Issuance At PT . Bank of East Java Regional development Tbk . Branch Stone " .The purpose of this study was to determine the development and implementation of the bank guarantee issuance of bank guarantees as well as the completion of the Bank Guarantee if the debtor defaults . The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantittif that clearly describe or depict information obtained by interview and with the development of data objects that are examined in the form of tables and graphs . In this study, researchers collect methods of data obtained by literature studies , field studies in the form of interviews . From the research that the development of the Bank Guarantee be explained at. East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk. Branch Stone from 2010 , 2011 , 2012 , and 2013 have increased quite good accordance with the expected target by the bank and the issuing bank guarantees with collateral cash deposits in general there are several phases: request a bank guarantee , the eligibility phase diserti by administering opposing bail , the analysis stage , the stage of the decision granting the Bank Guarantee.
