Bank Jatim Cabang Malang". &#xD; The purpose of this paper is to determine the amount of funds the development and contribution to the third -party funding sources and the policies conducted by PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Malang in increasing the number of customers. &#xD; Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the types of data that the data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through interviews directly to the bank. Secondary data is data obtained through additional information to supplement the information obtained from the author of the documents / books that support the writing of the report or the research on PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Malang. &#xD; From the research suggests that the development of Savings SIMPEDA amount every year to Rp. 52.928.336.812,5 with an average percentage of 21.47% while the contribution to the total sources of third party funds reached 190,21 % is very large compared Tabungan SIKLUS, TabunganKU, Tabungan Haji. To increase the number of customers, Bank Jatim provide the best service. Conduct face-to -face sales, sales promotion, manufacture brochures and implementing cooperation with educational institutions.
