- This final research done on PT. Pegadaian(Persero) Malang Region with title “Credit Pawning Management FSC (Fast and Secure Credit) on PT. Pawnship office(Persero) Malang Region ”. The purpose of this research is to representation the expansion of performance PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang Region during 2009 to 2012, which observed by distribution aspect of pawn credit KCA (Fast and Secure Credit) quality and credit and describe the pawn management KCA (Fast and Secure Credit) on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang Region begin with organizing, actuating and controlling aspect. The data accumulation is a qualitative and quantitative data and second data resource. The technique of data analyzing is a descriptive qualitative and observed variable. Based of the final research the conclusion is the piece of assurance on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang Region begun at year of 2009 until 2012 aggregate 63.045 piece of assurance. The Controlling of Pegadaian KCA did two phases. Suggest from writer is an organized to add an AO (Account Officer) to do a controlling a customer of pawn credit. To reduce the risk of credit with trouble dan refund, intend of PT.Pegadaian(Persero) Malang Region is to hired an AO (Account Officer) to do controlling pawn credit customer.
