- This research conducted at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk titled " Strategi pemasaran tabungan Citra Pensiun at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Branch Malang " . Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis to describe and explain the results of research in the form of data information , as well as the number of customers using data tables and graphs to determine the number of customers . Opening procedure savings Citra Pensiun is relatively easy and there is no minimum initial deposit . The number of customers rose relative savings Citra Pensiun every year . Which became the BTPN Branch Malang force that is well established cooperation with foundations fund retiree. BTPN also has the disadvantage of lack of provision of an ATM machine . In addition BTPN also has a large market opportunities where specific and retirees in the area Malang. Threats faced by BTPN Branch Malang is currently owned by the existence of similar products of other banks . Strategy undertaken by PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, is improving the quality of human resources , and sponsor activities associated with pensioners and maintaining good relations with partners .
