- This final report takes the title "Strategi Promosi Produk Tabungan BritAma Junio Menghimpun Dana Masyarakat Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kawi Malang ". This type of research is descriptive qualitative analysis of the data that form the word description or the report is received and collected and analyzed so to obtain a correct conclusion. The purpose of this reseach is to find out what promotional strategy was performed to BRI Kawi to obtain customer. The object of the research is PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kawi Malang and located in the Jl. Kawi No.20-22 Malang. This research uses the data documentation is data collection techniques by reading books and studying literature, reports, writings, records or documents and others. And using techniques Interview to employees PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kawi Malang to provide information so that it can be seen clearly and in detail all the available information. The results of research can be presented is to find out how to promote savings Junio BritAma Junio for the public, moreover to find out factors that may determine the desire public to save on BritAma Junio and to knowing anithing at all problem experienced and alternative the solution. The conclusion which can be taken from this research is customers are permitted to excellence and existing facilities in the BritAma Junio savings and customers also get covers passbook and ATM interesting in the cartoon character favored children.
