  • The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the PeopleÂ’s Business Credit (KUR) at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Branch Malang, credit risk management, as well as the constraints faced in funding the PeopleÂ’s Business Credit (KUR). The analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative description is a description of data the form of words and images obtained information. That is the development of the PeopleÂ’s Business Credit (KUR), and risk management constraints. The development of the PeopleÂ’s Business Credit (KUR) has decreased, this is due to a lot of bad credit and there are constraints faced. Therefore, to minimize bad of debts in order not to increase the credit risk management needs. From the results of research and discussion, can concluded and that each bank should be manage the risk in activities and operations. Banks should be improve the quality of human resources in analyzing credit proposed by prospective customers and implement preventive measures in the face of risk, collate reliable risk management system, conduct independent control systems in monitoring credit.
