- In the healthcare sector, the era of globalization and the information seemed to have created a new standard to be met by all players in this sector. RSD. Dr. Haryoto a government hospital. Today RSD. Dr. Haryoto Lumajang already have a SIM Hospital (Hospital Management Information System). The downside of this SIM is data access only to areas of the hospital just so to know the cost of care, patients must ask prior to the officer. To achieve effective and efficient service it is necessary to application of payment (m-payment) cost of hospital-based mobile technology. In this thesis, the application that created the mobile payment hospital. These applications consist of client and server. Making client-based applications on J2ME mobile technology while at the Java Servlet-based server applications. Client is a hospital patient. On the server that is managed by the admin staff the hospital. Features - features that can be accessed by the patient that is detailed, current bills, and change passwords. It is expected that these applications can facilitate the patient in making payments.
