  • The aim of this research is to know the number development of client of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Malang from 2008-2011. Furthermore, the researcher wants to know the claim mechanism and Funds Disbursement of Jaminan Hari Tua in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Malang. This research is descriptive research because it describes claim mechanism and funds disbursement of Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). The data obtained are primary and secondary data. Primary data is taken from the object of the research which is related to funds disbursement and the number development of client. Moreover, secondary data is supporting data which complete the existing data. These data are the history of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) and organizational structure. The result of this research can be explained in the client development of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Malang which joins Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK), Jamainan Kematian (JKM), Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT), and Jaminan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan (JPK) programs. They are divided into active client and non-active client. The number of active client decreased by 3, 81% in 2010-2011. Furthermore, the number of passive client decreased up to 4, 49%. The claim mechanism for Jaminan hari tua is as follows; firstly, the labors fill and sent the blank of payment request JHT while attaching Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) and Kartu Keluarga (KK) as supporting documents.
