  • The increasing awareness of the public in planning their future earning full duty at the time, then the financial institution providing banking services products under the name Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi). Based on the above authors are interested in conducting research at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Brawijaya by taking the title of "Measures to Improve Your Customer Numbers Retirement Savings Through BNI (Simponi) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Brawijaya Malang". The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure to open a Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Brawijaya Malang, to determine the development of the number of customers Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Brawijaya, attempts to determine the increase the number of customers Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Brawijaya Malang. Techniques in data collection conducted by interview, study the literature and documentation. The data collected for analysis is primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis to describe and explain the results of research in the form of data description, number of customers and the use of data tables and graphs to determine the development of the number of customers. From the data obtained after analysis and note that opening procedure Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) is quite easy and all the people from different professions can open an account symphonies. The number of customers Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) experienced fluctuating, this is due to less than optimal care and a lack of marketing or notification to the general public. Efforts to increase the number of customers Retirement Savings BNI (Simponi) through advertising and through face-to-face.
