The purpose of the research is to know what are the condition are needed by customers to join saving pilgrimage product and then to know effort of the part of PT. BNI in improving customers saving interest pilgrimage (tabungan haji) .
The located of the research is PT. Bank Negara Indonesia tbk. Branches of Malang. At Basuki rahmat no. 75-77 malang.
The sources of the data rooted in the secondary data. and the data collection use techniques observation and documentation. Analyze of the data used descriptive qualitative.
From the data obtained after analysis the authors and are then obtained qualitative descriptive hajj savings Indonesia is a savings that can help the Muslims to prepare themselvess and raise funds in the short long term that in time will be used to assist in the cost of the pilgrimage order to fulfill one of the pillars of Islam is the pilgrimage.
