The research strategy against and development number of customer BNI Taplus Child increased well every month, it was because the media and an opening account and contribution that very low possessed by BNI Taplus Child done by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Malang poor will attract customers well to be customer and open BNI Taplus Child. The conclusion of the results of research are development of the number of customers Taplus the son of BNI March 2011- February 2012 having a pretty good improvement, it is seen from the development of the number of customers in the previous months by the number of 220 people, and customers the following month increased a number of 231 people.
