The purpose of this research is to know the mechanism and the benefits of the old days Allowance (ENT) for participants as well as to know the constraints and policies in funneling Allowance days old (ENT). 
The kind of data used is descriptive qualitative, namely a technique that done by means of explained and report an object or event as it really is so will obtained a clear. Data resources used is data resources data primary and secondary. Data primary namely interview obtained directly and written hand by writer. While data secondary namely form of documents pertaining to focus research gained from a place research. Technical data obtained from interviews and documentation. 
As for the results of the research can be inferred that the old age Allowance (ENT) at PT. Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch had two mechanisms for resolving claims that directly and indirectly (transfer). Participant Perks most make use of old days money Allowances as the old days of tuition fees and only a small percentage who used it as a savings account. So in this case the Allowance was instrumental in old days grow economy participants. While the constraints faced by PT.
