The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation mechanism of the collateral auctions conducted by the State Savings Bank (Limited) Limited Malang branch in the execution of the sale of mortgage loan customers who have matured. Type of data used is qualitative data, which is a technique performed by exposing and reporting on an object or event as it is, so it will obtain a clear picture. Source of data used is the source of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by direct interview and handwritten by the author. While the secondary data that is in the form of documents relating to the focus of research is derived from the study. Data collection techniques derived from observation, interview and documentation. The results can be explained that in the auction of collateral, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk of Malang in the auction so far less well. At auction, the auction executive team can not sell the entire mortgage customers. Therefore, bank profits have not been able terealaisasi entirely. From the above results, it can be concluded that the process of the auction of collateral in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk of Malang too fast and in a hurry to sell and supply goods to the customer assurance bidders. While the advice can be given of the results of this study is the implementation team should not be rushed or too quick to sell and supply goods to the customer assurance bidders, in order to guarantee customers' goods can be sold at a high price.
