- Title:"The Procedure of Home Ownership Loans (KPR) Subsidized in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Sidoarjo Branch Office". The objective of this study was to know the requirements which were needed in requesting Home Ownership Loans Subsidized and the procedures to achieve Home Ownership Loans Subsidized. This study used descriptive qualitative. It describes or informs in details the information found. Those information were the requirements which were needed to request Home Ownership Loans Subsidized and also the procedure to take Home Ownership Loans Subsidized. From the result study which showed that Home Ownership Loans Subsidized in PT BTN Sidoarjo Branch Office, it was given to people who had the first house and they are including to low incomes. Besides, the procedure of Home Ownership Loans Subsidized which was applied in BTN Sidoarjo Branch Office was so tight. There were some steps; those were permitting the requirements of getting Home Ownership Loans Subsidized, interview, realization of loans and documentations. From that result, it could be concluded that the procedures of Home Ownership Loans Subsidized in PT BTN Sidoarjo Branch Office has been standardize of the procedure of Home Ownership Loans Subsidized which was appointed.
