  • In prepraring the final project,writer do research with the title “the role of customer service in improving customer service savings BTN Junior at PT.Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) branch of malang.with the purpose to know about role of the customer service in improving savings of BTN Junior at PT.Bank Tabungan Negara (persero)Tbk branch of malang and the extent to which efforts to improve customer service in providing service to increase customer interest especially BTN Junior In this study,the author will use the type of description qualitative research was conducted to obtain information and collect a variety of factual information carefully to describe the role of customer service to improve service to customer BTN Junior.this study does not give priority to population size or sampling From the result obtained the that the customer service role in improving service to customers savings BTN Junior at PT.Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk branch of malang is general very satisfactory. Beside that,PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk branch of malang always complete the development phase of human resources employees through various training and educational development.therefore,management was open the opportunity for every human resource to pursue education and training program especially for customer service to increase their ability in customer service
