- Writer in this final assignment, makes research in PT. Taspen (Persero) Branch of Malang. Writer adopted title "Sistem Pengelolaan Daftar Pembayaran (Dapem) dan Non Daftar Pembayaran (Dapem) Dana Pensiun pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Cabang Malang". The purpose of this research is to know management system of Dapem and Non Dapem Dana Pensiun and to know obstacle that be faced by Dapem and Non Dapem in PT. Taspen (Persero) Branch of Malang. Data type that be used is descriptive qualitative, is a technique that be done with the ways explain and report a object or event as truth. So, will be gotten description clearly. Source of data that be used are source of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is interview that be gotten directly and handwritten by writer. As for secondary data are documents that related with focus of research that be gotten from place of research. Technique collect data be gotten from interview and documentation. The result of research can be conclusion that in management system of Dapem and Non Dapem in this payment process can be done by submission SPP claim and can be paid by Bank or Post Office, pension payment it can be done monthly.
