  • The research purpose to find out the role of employees (agent marketing) training in improving performance in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 ASKUM (Asuransi Kumpulan) Branch Office of Malang. The method used in this research is qualitatif descriptive and quantitatif. While data collection technique that used is based on documentation, literature study, and data source that used is secondary data. According to the research and discussion, it can be concluded that training role in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 ASKUM (Asuransi Kumpulan) Branch Office Of Malang can give benefits in improving employee performance, which is improve employee knowledge and skill in work practice, able to minimize mistakes, and with training, employees can work better and detail. The researcher suggest that improvement employees performance not only seen from the amuont of customer each year, but also pay attention to thair work dicipline, so productivity level to reach company target would be better by professional human resources.
