- PT. People of Indonesia Bank Syariah (BRIS) Malang branch offices strives to develop products of home ownership in Islamic banking is called "Mortgage iB" The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the implementation procedures and the development of mortgage financing iB at PT. People of Indonesia Bank Syariah Malang branch offices. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using secondary sources and interview techniques and documentation, to describe the steps to implement the financing "Mortgages iB" on PT. People of Indonesia Bank Syariah Malang branch offices and growing amount of financing "Mortgages iB" on PT. People of Indonesia Bank Syariah Malang branch offices which is distributed to costomers. The analysis used is a qualitative file analyst. The results can be explained that the financing “Mortgages iB” on PT. People of Indonesia Bank Syariah is very helpful for people who want to own their own home with limited funds, also helped develop the bank financing, especially Islamic People of Indonesia Bank Syariah Malang branch offices. Financing "Mortgages iB" at BRI Syariah can facilitate the community to fulfill the needs of consumtive in owning their own home, also can increase the financing of Islamic banking in particular BRI Syariah.
