- Malaysia is a become the major destination for migrant labor from Indonesia. This thing because the flow of migration to Malaysia increase, most of them want to get a better prosperity and better income. Most of migrant labor from Indonesia is illegal, with a high number of illegal migrant labor because various problems that then need a cooperation between Indonesia-Malaysia to solve the problems. In this research, writer use descriptive method to analyze data, direct and secondary data. This research, writer is highlighted on bilateral cooperation between Indonesia-Malaysia to solve the illegal migrant labor problem between 2004-2009. From the result of reseach, the writer get a conclusion that bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia on purpose to solve illegal migrant labour can repair bilateral connection between both country, that in the past this connection became worse because of problems that caused by illegal migrant labour in Malaysia.
