- The research aimed to evaluate mining company financial performance from the perspective of current ratio, return on equity, and total asset turn over. To analyze the influence of current rasio, return on equity and total asset turn over to the stock price whether in simultaneous or partial. Data used was secondary data which was mining company report and stock price in financial report publication in mining company existed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data research period included data in 2007 – 2009. Data analysis technique used was processed by financial ratio analysis and using SPSS program fit with the research model. According to data research done to 10 companies researched, there concluded that current ratio from samples total below the average industries, return on equity was above the average industries and total asset turn over was half of total mining company which able to use fund planted in efficient in making revenue. Current ratio, return on equity, and total asset turn over altogether able to contribute the stock price for 11.8%, while rest of them 88.2% influenced by other variables which didn’t include in this research and in partial way only return on equity which influenced stock price with sig value 0.018.
