- The purpose of this study is to know the motivation that include physiological needs, security needs, social needs, the need for respect and self-actualization needs at the time staff unit of feed production facilities at SAE Pujon cooperatives and employees' performance remained the unit of feed production facilities. It is also to see if there is significant influence between motivation to keep the unit employees' performance fodder production facilities. And to determine which variable most strongly to the employee bepengaruh unit of feed production facilities in cooperative SAE Pujon. The benefits of this research are as consideration in cooperatives associated with motivation to employee performance. Based on the range scale, the average score for the variable physiological needs that is equal to 239 means the motivation to keep the unit animal feed production facilities are very high, average scores for security variable that is equal to 205 means the motivation of employees remains high, the average score for variables on the social needs of 214 permanent employees, high unit, the average score for the award variable that is equal to 229 means the motivation of employees remains very high and the average score for self-actualization variable that is equal to 197 means the motivation of employees remains high unit. And the average score for the performance of 229 means permanent employees' performance unit feed production facilities are very high. Based on research results obtained Fcount 43 534> Ftable 3:15 on a 5% error level. This suggests that motivation significantly influences work performance karyawan. Koefisien variable regression is the most powerful influence of social needs, this is evidenced by the results of t count for 7425.
